Please call our office and our communications associates will contact Dr. Amaro or Dr. Berke.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to accommodate other patients in need.

Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, or major credit cards. If you have medical and/or dental insurance, please provide this information and our staff will expedite insurance processing for your reimbursement. We also offer financing through CareCredit.
